When you are looking for a home, you have the right to know what you can expect from our company. Between now and the time we find a new home for you, I guarantee to perform the following services for you, the buyer, in a prompt and effective manner:
- Ask questions and listen to your answers.
- Fully inform you of the complex terms and practices of real estate.
- Assist in determining your price range by helping you contact a lender of your choice and have you PRE-QUALIFIED to assure you that you will have monthly payments you are comfortable with.
- Explain the buying process to you and provide you with a copy of our standard Offer to Purchase form and other documents.
- Together we will select properties that meet your requirements and financial guidelines using the entire Realtors Multiple Listing Service Information.
- Make all arrangements for appointments for you to preview the home you selected.
- Provide you with community information on recreation, municipal services, schools, churches and shopping facilities.
- Provide you with information regarding values of other properties in the area to assist you in making an informed decision.
- Assist you in completing the Offer, promptly present your Offer to the seller or seller’s agent, and report back on an Acceptance or Counter-Offer.
- Explain our Home Warranty Program to you and the many benefits it can provide you in the first year of ownership.
- Keep you fully informed of the process from the time of contract to the time of closing.
- Provide you with a list of other services you will need such as Home Inspectors, Termite Inspectors, Homeowner’s insurance, etc.
